FRE was able to negotiate all of our wants and the team was able to negotiate terms that both us and the landlord were happy with. We’ve worked with other concepts and hands down this has been the easiest. It was like a one stop shop for finding locations, setting up site visits, lease review and lease negotiation. This was both of our first time having to review, negotiate leases etc. FRE was able to catch things that our review could not. Thank you again for all of your help through our first lease.
