Brian Constantinou is Vice President of Real Estate at Franchise Real Estate, where he has worked with the company’s franchise network since 2014. With a career in real estate dating back to 2008, Brian has been involved in over $75 million in leased and sold commercial property, bringing hands-on experience in site selection, leasing, acquisitions and market analysis. He works directly with franchisors and franchisees on site selection, lease negotiation, acquisitions and market and demographic studies to support smart, data-driven real estate decisions. Brian is known for his strategic approach and drive to grow opportunities for UFG’s franchisees. Outside of work, he values time with his wife and young son.

Fre Berg is a Real Estate Manager with United Franchise Group, where she supports the real estate strategy and site selection for Graze Craze, Fully Promoted, and select AFI clients. With more than 35 years of franchise industry experience spanning operations, franchise sales, and commercial real estate, Fre brings a well-rounded perspective to every project. She is passionate about helping franchisees identify the right locations, guide them through the leasing process, and build a strong foundation for long-term success. Known for her collaborative, franchisee-first approach, Fre is committed to guiding entrepreneurs through every step of the real estate process.

James Boyette is a Construction Project Manager at United Franchisee Group, where he has contributed to the team since 2023. A Palm Beach County native, James brings a strong foundation in residential and commercial HVAC construction, supported by industry experience dating back to 2014. He is a graduate of Palm Beach State College’s HVAC Apprenticeship Program and has built his career through hands-on field expertise, project coordination, and successful construction management from planning through completion. Recognized for his practical insight, attention to quality, and ability to keep projects moving efficiently, James is committed to delivering strong results. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his family, music, and exploring nature.

Mohamad “Moe” Baddour is a Construction Project Manager with more than 20 years of experience leading residential, commercial, civil, and industrial construction projects. Originally from Lebanon and raised in California, he brings a global perspective and a practical, results-driven approach to every project. Moe specializes in project execution, value engineering, cost control, contract negotiation, and stakeholder management, with a strong focus on delivering quality projects on time and within budget. In the franchise construction industry, he partners with franchisees to bring their visions to life through thoughtful planning, proactive leadership, and collaborative problem-solving. Outside of work, Moe enjoys spending time with his family.

Crystal Perez is the Real Estate Manager for Accurate Franchising, partnering with franchisors, franchisees, brokers, landlords, and developers to streamline site selection and expansion. She specializes in identifying locations that support brand growth, profitability, and long-term success. Her expertise includes market research, demographic & territory analysis, LOI drafting, lease negotiations, and build-out coordination. Using advanced analytics, AI insights, and a nationwide broker network, Crystal identifies strategic opportunities for franchise growth. With more than 18 years of real estate experience, she has managed luxury multifamily assets, lease-ups, condo conversions, and property stabilization. Since transitioning to franchise real estate in 2022 and joining Accurate Franchising in 2025, she has helped brands expand into thriving markets.

Solange Bryan is the Franchise Real Estate Director for Great Greek at United Franchise Group, bringing more than 25 years of experience in sales, operations, human resources, accounting, and commercial real estate. Born and raised in Puerto Rico, she has built a diverse career that includes leadership roles with Xerox, LM Construction, and 7-Eleven, where she earned recognition as a top-performing Senior Real Estate Representative. Since joining United Franchise Group four years ago, Solange has been dedicated to helping franchisees identify and secure successful locations while supporting the continued growth of the Great Greek brand. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling with her husband, Kyle, and spending quality time with their family.

Sally Rodriguez is an Executive Assistant at United Franchise Group, supporting the Presidents of Franchise Real Estate and Fully Promoted. With a career spanning legal, marketing, operations, and executive leadership, she is known for her organization, strategic thinking, and ability to manage complex projects while building strong relationships. Sally enjoys finding solutions, supporting teams, and helping leaders stay focused on what matters most. Outside of work, she loves traveling with her husband, Michael, singing, playing guitar, and spending time with her grandchildren.

Jessy Sicari is the Signage and Support Manager for all brands at United Franchise Group, playing an integral role in bringing each brand’s identity to life. He coordinates signage projects across the organization, working with franchisees, vendors, and internal teams to ensure brand standards, timelines, and project needs stay on track. Jessy combines strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills with a practical approach to connecting people, processes, and technology. His focus is on simplifying the signage process, providing clear guidance, and ensuring franchise partners have the support and resources needed to move their projects confidently from planning through installation.

Jim Jaramillo is a Senior Designer and Project Manager with more than 24 years of experience in design and construction, including ground-up development, new construction, and commercial tenant buildouts. He excels at managing projects from initial concept and design through planning, coordination, and construction. Jim works closely with clients, design professionals, contractors, and project teams to manage schedules, sequencing, and critical project details while keeping projects moving forward. His combination of design expertise, construction management experience, and strong client relationships allows him to anticipate challenges, coordinate solutions, and help deliver successful projects from concept through completion.

Hemal Parag is a Project Manager for the Food Division at United Franchise Group, bringing more than 21 years of construction and project management experience across commercial, retail, restaurant, hospitality, and residential sectors. An entrepreneur and developer, Hemal has owned construction, real estate, development, and management companies, giving him a unique understanding of both the franchisor and franchisee perspectives. He specializes in project execution, estimating, contract management, problem-solving, and leading cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget. A longtime hospitality professional, Hemal brings a collaborative and personable approach to every project. Outside of work, he enjoys golf, diving, outdoor activities, and time with his wife and twin daughters.
